Since your rank is poor it's really hard to get admitted in one of the NITs.
If you belong to other state than Delhi then it's also difficult to get a seat in DTU as they have 60-70% seats reserved for Delhi student and remaining for other states , so it's huge competition to get in there.
You may be eligible for various GFTIs under govt. Try for them
