For Outside Delhi

ECE-cut-off was about 14557(OBC)

EE-16406(OBC)

For Delhi

ECE- 108488 (OBC)

EE-152512 (OBC)

For DTU

ALL INDIA

ECE-13692  (OBC)

EE-15638 (OBC)

DELHI

ECE-107666 (OBC)

EE-149159 (OBC)

So you have pretty good chances of getting ECE and EE.

It depends on your home state , the answer is given for both option -

Home state - Delhi/NCR

You will get both the branches , ECE and EEE in DTU and NSIT

Other state regions

You might get them in the later round or spot rounds , however you will definitely some other good branches in them .
