See if you looking for a placement wise or if you want a fancy package then i prefer you to go with CSE Department at IIIT Hyderabad  / BITS Pilani campus or if you have option to go with core companies like BHEL / ABB / SEIMENS then definitely you should go up with IIT kharagpur that will be the Golden opportunity for you.
