Go for IITG CS. It's too gud to miss. IIT Kgp has huge batch size. If u can be sure of your CGPA then u can go for it. But then again CSE is CSE..

See your question is not only about iit but also of branch. So first decide what you want to do, because it matters the most. But if you are equally inclined to both then i would suggest iit kharagpur
