Both the colleges are good but if you want to compare the college ranking wise. Then obviously St. Xavier's College Kolkata comes before St Xavier's College Mumbai. Because St. Xaviers College (Autonomous) Kolkata, has secured 7th Rank in National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020.
You can decide which College you want to choose.

I suggest you to go for St Xavier's kolkata for your Bcom course because it is one of the most reputed institution in India for commerce and the faculty is good there so you should try to get admission. Nmims is good for post graduate courses such as MBA, and xavier's kolkata also enjoy a great brand recognition.
