Course structure was good. Although practical classes could have been better. Weren't able to access any major instruments. Would have liked to have practical exposure. Possibly available at the new campus.

When I graduated, it was a decent enough building. Later it was demolished and only a single floor was allotted in other building. Now the entire course has been shifted to a different city where they have a big campus.
Placements
No placement assistance available during my graduation year. Had to find a job on my own. Heard from my juniors that the situation has improved but not so much. Fees is on the higher side but ROI is too less.

The answer to you question if you ask in simple words is NO. You can not take transfer in second year from one university to another, you will have to reappear for admission test and procedures and start all again if from first year if you really want
