i think that IISC is best then other colleges because it has many advantages then other colleges which are listed below please check it once.

• IISC is one of the best institute of india.
  

• it has high end research facilities, top class achievements and very good infrastructure.
  

• IISc is well equipped and have a great faculty with high qualification.
  

• placement is very good.
  

• if you are going with ranking then also it is best.
  

so, from my point of view you have to go for it.
