Aggregate percentage will be calculated on the basis of marks scored in English and three academic subjects (excluding second language, Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts or any other Vocational /Non-Written subjects). Student should have passed all the subjects of class XII from a recognized board.

Admission Process :
Direct Admission Process: Student securing 80%+ agg. in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2019/2020) are exempted from selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form.
And due to unavoidable circumstances,the Selection Process is done through a mock interview.
The Interview videos are part of the current selection process specially configured under the lockdown situation to complete the Admission formalities at Amity University. The new process does not require your physical presence at the Campus.

Amity global business school is a private college in Chennai. It was established 2009. Its AICTE approved college. Due to research infrastructure is small of this college. But classroom are all air conditioner. Library are available always. Free WiFi access in whole campus. Faculties are good and well educated. Highest package of salary 17 lakh per annum. Average salary is 6 lpa.

SRM IST is private college in Ramapuram, Chennai. It's a very reputed college. So many courses are offered here. NIRF rank in 2020 for MBA 76 to 100. This is NAAC affiliated college. Now come to the infrastructure which is small. But all classes are fully air conditioner. WiFi accessible campus. Highest package of salary 8 lakh per annum and lowest is 3 lakh per annum.

So this are the details about both colleges. Now which college you want to take admission it's totally your choice. Think properly and make the decision.

Amity university has a slight advantage over Sharda. But in terms of highest package offered then its Sharda. Amity University has a better placement percentage over Sharda. But if we ignore the minute details and highest salary offered then the Placements of both the Universities are kind of same.

But I would suggest younto opt for Amity University it will give you more exposure .

Amity University, Kolkata is a private university in Kolkata. It was founded in 2015. The highest placement package offered to students in 2020 stood at INR 28 LPA whereas the average salary package remained at INR 4 LPA.  Amity University Kolkata provides a separate hostel for girls and boys. B.Sc. Neuroscience Technology is a 3 year full time undergraduate level course program. It is the comprehensive study of the human nervous system.
On the other hand, B.Sc Biotechnology is a three years UG degree programme for the study of living organisms and biological systems and n
involves the study of the use of advanced technology for future.
Now, both these courses are very different, in Neuroscience you will need to study im depth.
Biotechnology is diverse field where you have to study about lot of things.
You can choose one based on your choice if you pick neuroscience then you will have to go into research field and heigher studies while with biotechnology you have jobs in private as well as government sector.
Now, coming to the college both Amity University and Amritha Vishwa Vidyapeethan are great university with very good and experienced faculty and great placement record.

There is a wide scope of biotechnology in India as well as other countries. You can go to Foreign for MBA in biotechnology. Some top countries which are in demand for MBA in biotechnology are UK, Canada, USA and Australia. You must need to first choose the country from where you wish to pursue MBA, then apply for admission in the college. Check out the admission criteria, if it suits you can go there via study visa. Also, you might need to write some exams such as IELTS, PTE, Toefl etc. to go to other country.

College Infrastructure

Comprehensive infrastructure including model classroom well occupied labs a large library and Wi-Fi connectivities sports facility hostels and medical support are also available in the student experience and hygienic food and hygienic hostel provide.

there is a spacious classroom,lab, submission hall,well maintained garden, basketball court,badminton court and many more,cafeteria is okay okay not so good and hostel room area is so small according to 2 roomates, wifi is also available and medical facility is not good
