The Training and Placement Cell then schedules meetings with different recruiters following the compensation packages and other qualifying requirements that the hiring firms provide.

• Registration: Students who meet all eligibility requirements will be asked to move forward with the recruitment process. Students must register with the T&P cell for the placement drive and bring all necessary documentation.

• Slot-Allocation: After that, recruiters will schedule visits to Bihar Agricultural University, Bhagalpur, to carry out the recruitment process, which consists of a written exam, a group discussion, and an interview.
