Human Resource Managers play a vital role in every organization, that of managing the effective functioning of the workforce. This complex, multi-faceted role is particularly crucial in today’s organizations where more and more employees are coming from a multitude of backgrounds, ethnicities and other such demographics.

An HR manager has to:

Create opportunities and attract talent
Hire and train talented personnel
Provide opportunities for professional development
Maintain a good work culture
Foster good employee relations
Resolve conflicts
Offer meaningful rewards and incentives

They also have to create, manage, implement and supervise various policies across all departments and levels. Ultimately, an HR manager has to play a key role in increasing the asset value of the human capital entrusted to them. Competent HR managers are always in demand and a good, all-encompassing MBA in HRM, as the one offered at BMU, co-designed by Imperial College London, is of vital importance.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a percentage of 50% or more / an equivalent grade. Final-year undergraduate students can apply. For Business Analytics, applicants with BTech/BCA/MCA/BSc/BSc (Economics) or any other degree from a recognized institution with computer science as one of the electives will be preferred.
The applicant is required to have completed one of the following entrance examinations: CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ CMAT/ XAT/GRE or BMU-MAT (BMU’s Management Aptitude Test).

Final-year undergraduate students can apply. The programme is open to students with and without work experience. However, work experience is not mandatory.

Admission Details

BMU accepts CAT/ NMAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT or BMU-MAT (BMU’s Management Aptitude Test) test scores.
The application form can be submitted even if a student has appeared for the Test and is awaiting test scores and graduation results. The form will be opened for the inclusion of test results in case scores are awaited. (Please note that the earlier information submitted cannot be changed or edited, and only test results can be added in.)
Short-listed candidates will appear for a Personal Interview (PI) including a Case Discussion.
BMU will give provisional offers to selected candidates who are in their final year of graduation, and final offers are subject to verification of mark sheets by BMU.

College Infrastructure

1.Yes , my college have all the necessary infrastructure, Facilities and equipment also. 2.My classrooms are fully well structured and having Digital screen board, Good quality of Bench and desk, Curtains at window, WiFi also . Library are huge in terms of both area and quantity of Books with fully Air conditioned. There are separate cabin room for students with table and chair. There are also a sports centre in the campus with all the sports equipment like Football, Vollyball ,Bat ball,Tennis,etc. We having a separate Hostel for Boys and Girls. Hostel are in Tower Building as well as in the Apartment Building but, Hostel mess are Same for boys and girls with WiFi. Yes, all the equipment are used and well maintained also. 3.Yes ,living space are clean, and food are also hygienic .Mess staff always ensure the quality of food and they take action immediately if it is required at any time.
