Master of Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science is a full-time two-year postgraduate course and it is offered by the Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer.

Objectives of the program

To prepare graduates who will be successful professionals in industry, government, academia, research, entrepreneurial to pursuit the demands on demand.
To prepare graduates who will achieve peer-recognition with outside world in connecting the Internet of things; as an individual or in a team; through demonstration of good analytical, research, design and implementation skills.
An ability to identify, critically analyzes, formulate and solve scientific & engineering problems with comprehensive knowledge in the area of specialization.
An ability to select modern IT tools and techniques and use them with dexterity.
An ability to contribute by research and innovation to solve real world problems using Computer Science and its applications.
An ability to devise and conduct experiments, interpret data and provide well informed conclusions.
An ability to function professionally with ethical responsibility as an individual as well as in multidisciplinary teams with positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

Following degree holders from recognized Universities with minimum score of 50% marks in graduation for general category and minimum 45% marks for reserved categories are eligible:

BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science/B. Sc. IT/B. Tech. Comp Engg/B. Tech. IT/ or equivalent.
B. Sc. With Computer Science as one of the subject at Graduation Level.
Graduation with Mathematics and 12th in Science Stream.

Admission Details

Admission of students shall be made strictly on the basis of merit adjudged through All-India Common Entrance Test or through Central universities Common Entrance Test(CUCET), wherever applicable, aimed at assessing knowledge, comprehension and aptitude of the student to pursue higher studies through written test/viva/group discussion /personal interview or a combination of these.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is good. Labs are good. Classrooms are good. The food served in the hostel mess is average. Wi-Fi is working properly. The library is also available.Overall the college is good.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is awesome and along with best environment conditions.We have everything in our hostel including cupboards, indoor games, indoor courts, gym, and Wi-Fi. The quality of food depends on the mess you prefer, so the quality is based on the mess similarly. We have luxury rooms in the first year where we can make new connections.and every thing is good.
