B.Com Hons With Research at Graphic Era University, Dehradun Offline Course

The B.Com (Hons) with Research is a unique 4-year undergraduate program designed to nurture the academic potential and research capabilities of students. The program structure ensures that students have the flexibility to choose between the standard 3-year B.Com (Hons) program  and the extended 4-year B.Com (Hons.) with Research program.

As per NEP 2020, the exit pathway is made available to the students during the 5th semester. If a student exits after the third year, they will be awarded a B.Com (Hons) degree whereas if they continue with the four-year program, they will be awarded a B.Com (Hons) with Research degree.

During the first three years, students enrolled in both the 3-year and 4-year programs will follow the same curriculum, which covers essential subjects and fundamental knowledge related to commerce and business. This common foundation ensures that all students receive a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.

Students undergo a comprehensive study of commerce, business, finance, and related disciplines. They delve into essential subjects such as accounting, economics, marketing, organizational behavior, business law, and financial management. Through a balanced blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, students develop a deep understanding of the intricacies of commerce and its real-world implications.
