72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate shall be eligible to register for the Ph.D. degree only in the Faculty in which he/she has obtained Master’s Degree with at least 55% (SC/ST/OBC/SEBC 50%) or equivalent grade without grade marks in the subject from Gujarat University or any other University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)/MHRD.
