i think it is a bit difficult to get cs in the spot round but can't say exactly so wait for that . however you can fet admissions in electronics and communication engineering which is also a good courses to choose .you can also get civil engineering ,packaging technology ,food technology ,printing technology etc but they are not that worth it .

Yes you may get gjust. But you may not get it in the 3rd round. You may get it in the 7th or 8rh round. Moreover you will not get it. You can get biomedical and have a lower chance of getting food technology. You can get printing technology also. For more information see the link below

You can get get admission in GJUST Hisar, DCRUST seems difficult since its raking gets closed at around 138000. There might be empty seats in spot round but you can definately get GJUST.

Yes you will be able to get admission in most of the colleges that comes under HSTES with this rank and even in top colleges but in top colleges you might not get core branches. In University Institute of Engineering and Technology you can only get bio-technology considering the previous year cutoff.

But there are many more colleges in which you can get your desired branch. I am listing few below:

yeah brother surely you can get admission in GJU Hisar but i think you deserve better college than this at this magnificent rank. why dont you just try for DTU. Last year my friend with DELhi OBC quota got EEE in DTU with 120k rank. 

YEah this year pattern is changed of mains but they are very good chances that you can DTU or best colleges of IPU. You wont get CSE maybe in DTU but in IPU , you may get best colleges of IPU like ( USICT, MSIT, MAIT ). so just take part in counselling of IPU .
