Hello,
As you also know that HNLU, Raipur is one of the well known college in India and has great academic records and that is the reason a large number of students apply here for admission. Now the first thing you can do is that check the cutoffs of the college and preparation can be done keeping that in mind so that your aim will be high and will help you in securing admission and one thing more you should not relay only one college you should keep more options as well so that getting in any of one option is high.

You have not mentioned that to which category you will belong.If you belongs to general category then there might be a chance for getting HNLU for your rank as per the previous year cutoffs as it was a decent and a very good rank.

You haven't mentioned if you are enquiring about Under Graduate or Post Graduate course. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you are seeking admission to Under Graduate course. Last year a candidate with rank 4300 belonging to General category (Home state quota) secured admission to Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. As you haven't mentioned your category we assume that you belong to general category.
