HNLU Raipur Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Every year, students from Hidayatullah National Law University Raipur are placed in both public and private organisations. The HNLU Raipur placement cell has postulated the following Recruitment Process Rules for facilitating the placement process so that there is optimal flexibility to Recruiters/prospective Recruiters. The step-wise HNLU Raipur placement recruitment process is mentioned below.

• Recruiters conduct Pre Placement Talks (PPT) with interested students wherein important information such as the profile of the organisation, career prospects, compensation packages, etc. are shared. These PPTs can be conducted at any time before the Pre Interview Screening.
• Recruiters are allowed to conduct a Pre Interview Screening Process, which may include group discussions (GDs) any time before the interview day. Recruiters are given the freedom to determine their own policy for the Screening Process to shortlist students. 
• The Recruiter shortlists candidates for the final interview after reviewing the Pre-Interview Screening Process. The shortlist will be communicated to the RCC at least 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the interview along with the list of Waitlisted Candidates.
• In a shortlisted candidate is not available for the interview, the Recruiter has the option to interview someone from the Waitlisted candidates instead. In case the Recruiter has no procedure for Pre Interview Screening, the list of interested students will automatically become the Final Interview List.
• The results will be declared simultaneously by the HNLU Raipur placement cell at the end of the day to ensure that no recruiter is favoured or ignored. The recruiters will have to disclose the results of their Final Interviews and any offer made to the applicant(s) only through the HNLU placement cell which will be communicated in a sealed envelope.
• The Recruiters must disclose a waitlist along with the final offers. If there is an overlap of offers, the waitlisted candidates will become eligible for a final offer from the recruiter, provided the recruiter is satisfied. Every offer made by the recruiter will be communicated by the HNLU Raipur placement cell to the applicant. 
• The HNLU Raipur placement cell will revert to the recruiter within 24 hours of receiving the sealed envelope containing the Merit List and the Waitlist. The Recruiter is not allowed to communicate directly with the applicant(s) in relation to the offer.
