• The candidate should appear for the CLAT examination and should obtain a valid score in it. 

• Authorities then release the CLAT cutoff.

• The eligible candidates will receive a mail or SMS to a registered number or email ID.

• The eligible candidates must register for CLAT counselling.

• Participate in CLAT counselling and fill out college choices according to their priorities.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on their CLAT score, choices made, and seat availability.

• Seats are assigned in five rounds. Candidates who are assigned seats in the first round have three options: accept the seat, participate in the second round for graduation, or withdraw from the counselling.

• The allotted candidates must visit the campus.

• The aspirant should submit the required documents and pay the course fees to complete the admissions process.

• 5% seats shall be reserved horizontally for the Specially Abled Persons (SAP), and 3% Seats shall be reserved horizontally for Dependents of Freedom Fighters (DFF) category of candidates belonging to the State of Chhattisgarh only.

The Hidayatullah National Law University offers admission to the Postgraduate Programme, which includes the LLM course. The university offers LLM courses at the Postgraduate level. The duration of the course is 1 year. The HNLU offers 3 specialisations in the LLM Programme.

• The candidate should appear for the CLAT PG examination.

• The CLAT PG cutoff has been announced by the appropriate authorities.

• The eligible candidates must register for and attend CLAT PG counselling.

• The candidate should select the college choices according to their preference.

• Colleges are allotted to candidates based on the choices they make, their CLAT PG scores, and their category.

• Candidates are selected for college in five rounds. Candidates who are assigned seats in the first round have three options: accept the seat, participate in subsequent rounds for upgradation, or exit the counselling.

• Visit the campus once you have been allotted to HNLU Raipur.

• The selected candidates can freeze their seats in the LLM programme by paying HNLU fees and submitting the required documents.

HNLU Raipur PhD Law Admission Process 

• HNLU Raipur PhD admissions are based on the All-India PhD entrance test.

• The candidate who has qualified for UGC NET or SLET is exempted from the Entrance Test.

• The shortlisted candidates will be required to present their research interests/areas in front of the Admission Committee, followed by an interview.

• The shortlisted candidate should pay the admission fee along with the submission of documents to freeze the seat.
