Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University Sikkim was established under Section 4(2) of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Sikkim Act 9 of 2004. ICFAI University Sikkim offers merit scholarships to those students who are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. ICFAI University Sikkim scholarships are awarded based on academic performance in Class XII (or equivalent)/Graduation (or equivalent) and semester-wise performance in the Programme.
A. Merit Scholarships based on the Past academic performance: Percentage of marks achieved in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) will decide the amount of scholarship. ICFAI University Sikkim Scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining the minimum 8.0 GPA.
B. Merit Scholarships based on Semester-wise Performance: Merit scholarships will be awarded to up to 10% of the students in the batch based on their Semester-wise performance. These merit scholarships are offered in addition to those based on their past academic performance.
