IIMT University, Meerut Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

Campus has all the important and basic requirements facilities inside it ,like medical facilities , hospital , hostel ,canteen ,computer labs , laboratories, parks and grounds , cafeteria, swimming pool , gym etc means all the requirements are fulfilled inside the campus only .

The tutor’s are well qualified and skilled for their role ,for my course BMTL i.e Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology the teachers should be very professional and the campus is doing so . Both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in laboratory procedure are kept in mind by the teachers , the curriculum is well updated.

Placement department of the campus should be serious for us also for BMLT students only some companies visit the campus , the average package is between 2-5 LPA and the lowest was 1.8LPA while the Highest package from the senior batch was 7 LPA last year .

IIMT offers one of the best infrastructure to it’s students, for which the university is famous also ,WiFi facility is available with good speed, CCTV is fixed throughout the campus , classes are well equipped with furniture and projectors, hostel and transport service is also offered by the university for the students and Staff .

University hires one of the most intelligent faculty for the students ,faculty is very approachable and supportive in nature , the curriculum of the university matches the current requirements of the trend ,AIMA ( All India Management Association) organised many events inside the campus .

Genuinely with not much faking i came to the point the placement are mostly secured by the MBA and Btech students while students from the other branches have to be well skilled or their source is the main point to be selected which i did not like .from my batch only 1/3 students got placed in small or startup’s companies.

The infrastructure of the institute has all the facilities starting from basic to advanced requirements like from clean and hygiene everywhere, water cooler facilities to Air conditioner in hostel rooms , classrooms etc , building of the institute are well maintained, cafeteria food is better in taste .

In terms of teaching quality the institute is excellent ' the faculty in the institute are highly qualified and supportive, and the institute follows the latest curriculum to match the current requirement of the industry, Regular tests , Pre University Tests are conducted to prepare the students.

Placement from the campus are good in my core that is MCA ,this year from our senior batch 30 students in the month of jan and feb till now secured the job in the companies, the average package lies between 2.5 to 4 LPA , I am in first year and looking to secure a decent job next year with a good package.

Campus has all the important and useful facilities for the students like Smart bords in classrooms ,Confrence hall , auditorium,library with well stocked books, labs and grounds , the medical facilities is available inside the campus and canteen food is also fine .

The professors are well qualified and provide quality teaching to students, some of the teachers have done Ph’D , i like how they make boring lecture into an amazing one with their ability to teach ,i think they covers the syllabus in short time that’s both have pros and cons but overall i love the classes taken by our faculty.

I am happy to say that college is best in providing placement to students although it depends on students how they perform but the ratio is good ,from my batch almost 60% students got placement and the highest package from my batch is 7LPA and average is 4LPA , i also got selected in Dyizan as intern and now i am selected as Computer operator cum assistant account at Additional District Magistrate (office) Greater noida .

Iimt provides the best infrastructure in Meerut as compare to other universities like shobit university, ccs university , the campus of iimt is small in compare to other universities but it it is very well structured ,Hostels are neat and clean , hygiene auditoriums ,classes are very clean and have proper furniture, canteen food is good .

I am in my last year of mba and on my personal experience the faculty of the college is very supportive towards the students, extra classes ,practical classes, idea labs class , and sports class are the extra beneficial for the students to also develop their potential which are organised in campus .

I am glad to be in this university as the university record of placement is good yearly 70% students are recruited from the campus in big to medium companies which also includes MNC’s like IRB ,cyient limited etc the average from the campus is around 4 LPA and i also completed the internship at choice international limited in which campus helped me alot and now i am apperaing for my job interviews .

The campus has well organized and efficiently managed infrastructure, As a Hosteller I appreciate the Mess Food Here , Hostel Rooms are well maintained, but there are issues with WiFi in hostel ,college library is good , computer labs have the new Pc’s , sports facilities are also available..

The faculty members are well trained for their role , most of them are qualified from IIM , they focused on modern ways of learning, seminars, visit to industries ,and special learing events are organized , the syllabus is coverd on time and the assignment are also given regularly to the students.

The university has a strong record in meerut for thier placement of students, around 70-80 percent students got their placement every year from all the courses from mba (senior batch) around 60-70 percent students got placed in companies like tech mahindra , asian paints , tcs on an average package of 3-5 LPA .

The university has excellent facilities , properly managed by the administration. The infrastructure is well developed and one of the best in meerut . The classrooms are spacious and equipped with new and good furniture. The library is very rich in books and seating arrangements. Cafeteria is very neat and clean .

The Teaching staff are very gentle and they all are very high qualified and well experienced plus supportive, Assignment, PUTs, Presentation these are the part of the curriculum to match the industry trends , the semester exams are little bit tough to pass .

The placement record of the university is far better than ccs university in Meerut , every year almost 60% students secure the job from the campus , the average package from the college is 3-3.5 CTC and from my branch the highest package from our senior batch is 7LPA .

The college provides decent facilities keeping in mind the needs of the students. It has WiFi, well-equipped labs , digital classrooms and large library with a variety of books .the campus is also well-equipped with medical facilities and a big playground that promotes various games including shooting and boxing .

Educationists are very qualified with many holding Ph.D qualifications. They are very helpful , and excellent teaching ability ensures full preparedness of the students to meet the modern study standards , the semester exam are quite tough which help the students to easily tackle the main exams .

The placement scenario varies from course to course , with average being around 80% . The top recruiters are ICICI , Fortis and TCS offering posts such as Sales Manager, Developer, HR , store supervisor etc for the Mba course . Placement cell is very supportive towards the students.

The infrastructure looks decent on the surface, but in reality, there is a significant lack of necessary lab equipment and essential facilities. Hostel condition is also average rooms are too small but have to share with other student. Library and park is fine .

The number of the professors is insufficient, and the college needs to recuit more faculty to improve the learning experience, the other teachers are qualified but i felt that they are not giving their cent percent to students. Visits in companies are oftenly organised.

Placement opportunities is rare in the campus , most of the companies visit but go without selecting single students, I am in final year and till now only 30-35% people got their placement others are doing internship, i am not satisfied with the placement cell they should more focus on mock interviews ,invite good companies.

IIMT University has Wonderful infrastructure , Wifi connectivity is good in all the area of the campus , classes are well maintained with proper furniture and also hygiene is maintained in class and in other area , hostel is also good as i am living in hostel and love the rooms and mess food .

Faculty members of the university are knowledgeable and have their own standard of teaching which matches the current updated curriculum, in my course mba ( agriculture management) all the classes are organised on regular basis and also practical classes are organised to get some real world experience .

Placement from the campus is good as most of the students got placed in the companies like Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Finance, TCS but in my course of agriculture management only certain number of companies visit college, i am in first year and heared from my seniors that only few companies visit for the agriculture management branch like Triveni Fertilizers pvt. Ltd.
