IIIT Gwalior will be the best for CSE in terms of placement and the HBTU Kanpur, then IIIT Ranchi then IIIT Kota.
IIIT Gwalior is one of the oldest IIIT and many top companies come to campus for recruitment and offering package as high as 44 lacs. Where as IIIT RANCHI AND IIIT KOTA are new in this field and have not seen so much placement and dont have permanent campus as well.
As far as HBTU Kanpur is concerned it is also good for CSE in terms of placement but not good for knowledge.
So if you good education and placement choose IIIT Gwalior.
Hope it helps.

If you can compromise with your branch CSE, then you can go for Surat and pursue ECE. Placements for ECE branch are pretty good and job opportunities are available all over India and abroad companies.
