The university has separate hostels for boys on campus. Hostels have separate messes serving hygienic food. Apart from the above students have common rooms and other recreational facilities available on campus. The hostels are controlled by the warden of the respective hostels. The university has also appointed International Student Advisor (ISA) for International Students.

The University Library was established in the year 1958. This is a unique library in the country devoted primarily to the study and research of Indian Classical Music and Visual arts. The State Library of the Khairagarh State called Edward Library was merged with the Janpad Library and later the Janpad Library was merged into the university library, therefore this library is having very useful and rare books on contemporary history, literature, and some other disciplines. Our university was recognized by the U. G. C. in the year 1971. After receiving the grants from the U. G. C. the University library started to develop faster. The separate library building was constructed during the sixth five-year plan with 100% U. G. C. grants.

The university has a proven legacy of success in Performing and Visual Arts. University has three distinct Auditoriums. The Durbar Hall, Raja Birendra Bahadur Singh Ji Hall, and Rani Padmavati Devi Auditorium for Theatre Arts.

The university has one canteen inside the campus serving hygienic food to all. It serves snacks and beverages. A fragrance of Indian foods along with staple items like noodles, cheese Maggi and varieties of parathas whiff through the air teasing hungry stomachs. Between classes students and faculty alike gather for a refreshing cup of chai and healthy delicious Indian, Chinese, and many other snacks.

The university has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The Computer Centre also the Knowledge Network of the University is providing of 100-Mbps internet connectivity under National Knowledge Network (NKN) Project via Local Area Network (LAN) and Wi-Fi in the University. With an adequate number of dedicated computer systems for the students and researchers, Computer Centre also conducts short-term- computer awareness/literacy programs for all the students, researchers and University Staff. The Centre provides and shares necessary information pertaining to IT and ITES. The Centre helps students in gaining an IT and ITES edge over their counterparts.

The university also has a Fitness Gym equipped with basic fitness equipment.

The university has 3 Guest Houses with a total of 14 Rooms. Guest House provides a stay to the guest of the university visiting for various purposes.
