No, it is not necessary to have had German language in 12th boards.
The eligibility criteria for BA in German language from jnu is candidate should have passed 10+2/equivalent exam from any recognized board or
Should have obtained the certificate issued by madrasas as recognized by the University.

There is no physical checking of pwds in jnu during counselling actually you have to submit the pwd certificate from any government hospital for the same.

And same will have to be provided at reporting centre.

There is no fixed syllabus for the entrance exam.

Only your right of reasoning and conscience will help you in the entrance. Practice basic reasoning, practice how to write an essay, data analysis, pictorial representation, abstract writing, report writing. Study the culture, art, geography, history and general science

Yes the Jawaharlal nehru university entrance exam  between 27-30  may 2019 and the results were declared on june 27 2019.

The general eligibility for the entrance exam is a graduation degree with at least 55% marks. Final year graduation students can also apply for the JNU CEEB exam.
