If I took a year drop for iitjee after 12th and then did 3years Bsc, would I get considered as 10+2+3 students.

Yes, you would be considered as a 10+2+3 student. It doesn't matter how many years you've dropped as long as your age is less than the maximum age prescribed for the course. You should also have a minimum of 55% in all subjects of your graduation.
