JNU doesn't offer masters in core science fields like zoology or botany rather it offers masters in integrated fields like biotechnology, life science etc. So, you can either pursue any of these or could go for other universities like Delhi University, Loyola college Chennai, christ university Bangalore among others.

JNU Application form is not announced yet but the exam tentative dates are announced which is 27-30, 2018. You can also prefer the below given link.

No, School of BioTechnology at JNU offers Courses only on MSc Biotechnology and PhD in BioTechnology,

PhD is offered in the following areas

Molecular biology and Genetic engineering

• Molecular biology of infectious diseases

• Immunology

• Protein Engineering, Protein stability, conformation and folding

• Biochemical engineering, optimization of recombinant

No JNU did Not release application form But it will be released very soon so keep checking the admission website of JNU and stay updated, In a recent Notices they have announced the tentative dates and the format of the exam the tentative dates for the exams are 27-30 December

I think it is Not released Yet, Because on the website for admission there is No information Regarding Application forms, They recently just made an announcement regarding the Date and patter of the exam which can be seen at te link below:
