No JNU did Not release application form But it will be released very soon so keep checking the admission website of JNU and stay updated, In a recent Notices they have announced the tentative dates and the format of the exam the tentative dates for the exams are 27-30 December 2018, and it will be a computer based online test consisting of MCQs.
