Please note that JNU runs 5 years dual degree only. Currently it has no regular B.Tech. course.
JNU accepts admissions on the base of JEE score only.
If you're interested in 5 year dual degree course, then please go for it, its a good college for the same.

If you are getting both the colleges at your rank then I would highly recommend you to choose IIIT trichy.

Since your rank is near 20k hence you cout also get the top nits as well. So I would suggest try to get into the nits that would
