If you're enquiring about JNU, Delhi then no it doesn't offer BCom Hons, it only offers bachelor degree courses in foreign languages, however JNU, Jaipur offer BCom Hons, and application form is open, you can visit the official website at https://www.jnujaipur.ac.in/ (https://www.jnujaipur.ac.in/programmes/ug-programmes) to know more details regarding this,  other then this you can apply for Delhi University for which online registration is to commence from 2nd August, and even BHU is good option regarding this for which admission is done through BHU UET but application form release is still awaited.

National Testing Agency will release JNU 2021 application form in July, in the online mode. The NTA has not yet released the application form but as it is the month of July it is expected that the NTA will soon release the application form. keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The application form will be available only in the online mode. Candidates can pay the application fee of JNU 2021 application form in online mode via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking.

Firslty i want to make clear you mind DU and JNU are both very prestigous university and in comparison to ggsipu they are better . But in my opinion for btech you should go for top ip colleges like University school of information studies, Maharaja surajmal insitute,Maharaja Agarsen college and bhartividyapeeth . Their btech placments are very outstanding and all similar sets of companies comes in all of them  and average package goes around 6-7lakhs  so aim for these only

The Infrastructure is average , not good but not bad. But the faculty is very bad so please my recommendation is that you don't take admission in Jaipur national university. Because this is a very bad university.

Classroom are spacious well ventilated equipped with smart board and projectors. Laboratories are modern well equipped labs with up to date instruments and software for practical learning and library with a wide range of books .

It’s a good experience and students are happy with faculty.

Yes my college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated and we have smart boards and projectors in most lecture halls. The library is well-stocks with a wide range of academic books. And the campus has sports, facilities, canteen, clean restroom and medical support.
