• Invitation- The T&P cell of KK University, Nalanda coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies, and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. • Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates with KKU Nalanda to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including written test, group discussion, and interview. 

• Pre-Placement Talk- Students of KK University, Nalanda are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles, and job profiles offered by them.
