ApplyMaharishi Arvind University (MAU) organises the placement. The Institute provides multiple avenues for companies to increase their visibility on campus through invited lectures on campus, industrial visits, conferences, and Workshops. This helps the students to get acquainted with the companies and acts as a deciding factor for their career planning. MAU conducts the training and placement for personality development with the help of professionals and experts from the industry and academics.
This programme aims at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the student. The motive is to develop their soft skills, communication, English speaking, general aptitude to bring about the overall personality development. The Training and Placement department works relentlessly towards achieving the ultimate goal of students' employment in various industries & to promote self-entrepreneurship through which they can achieve success.
MAU Placement Procedure 2024
Students are required to register their names with the university's placement office.
The university's placement cell extends invitations to various companies for participating in placement drives.
Companies interested in recruiting from the university provide detailed job descriptions to the placement cell.
The companies and the placement cell collaboratively select a suitable date for conducting the on-campus placement drive.
Companies keen on hiring university students are encouraged to deliver pre-placement talks to provide insights about their organization and opportunities.
Following the talks, companies proceed to shortlist resumes of interested students.
The shortlisted student profiles are shared by the companies with the placement cell via email for the next stage, which is the final interviews.
On the designated date, companies visit the university campus and conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
Successful candidates are presented with offer letters from the companies. These letters outline the job profile and the terms of employment, confirming their selection for employment.
Note: The Maharishi Arvind University, Jaipur, provides placement training opportunities to the students.
