M.Sc Biotechnology at MMU Mullana Offline Course

Master of Science (M.Sc) in Biotechnology is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered at Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed to be University, Mullana.

This is a multidisciplinary degree which deals with different aspects of biology, cell biology and biotechnology. This course is carefully designed to cover the knowledge in key fields such as gene therapy, drug design, genomics, proteomics, genetic engineering and industrial biotechnology for plants, animals and micro-organisms. This degree provides a programme of study for appropriately qualified and experienced graduates. It produces graduates with a critical, analytical and flexible approach to problem-solving, enhancing laboratory and professional competence and enabling students to work independently and use their initiative in solving the diverse problems they encounter. The intention of this course is that skills and knowledge can be more readily transferred to professional activities. After completing M.Sc. (Biotechnology), student gets enriched with advanced education and research in Biotechnology and explore sustainable solutions for agriculture, environment and energy sectors and promote the knowledge of interdisciplinary approaches and technologies for analysis of complex biological information.
