Hey, under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam there is only one college that provides MA development studies 'School of Gandhian & Thoughts & Development Studies' and the admission procedure for this college is through CAT exam. Kindly check the last year’s TS ICET cutoff of different colleges in Telangana as per your rank. You would get to know the list of colleges where you may get eligible for admission this year if the cutoff remains more or less same as last year. The official TS ICET 2018 cutoff is expected to be released in July.

Well, it's depend on the college which will you choose. So,tell me college in which you are looking for.

The fees of govt. Colleges is not more than 1lakh but the fees of private colleges is not less than 20lakh.
