Post Graduate Diploma in Asset and Facilities Management at NICMAR Pune Offline Course

Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in pure science (excluding biosciences), engineering, architecture, management or other allied regular degree programs from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for candidates from reserved categories) at the graduate level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their graduation before the commencement of the programme. Mid-career professionals with relevant experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
