PlacementsSince its a relatively new college the placement quality can definately improve . college has a good placement rate for people opting in and average is around 10 lakh after mba. I havent gone thru the process because i finished my first year but according to seniors its not complex or unpleasant .

The packages that students get at FLAME are okay I mean they are decent for an university that focuses on liberal arts. If you compare them to the top management schools they are not that great. Some students at FLAME get good jobs at good companies but some students have a tough time. This usually happens to students who do not try hard enough or who do not have good grades. The difference between the not so good packages is big. This is the truth. At FLAME what you get is based on what you can do as a person.
