The University lab is air-conditioned. Computers in the computer labs are of the latest technology with leading construction business-related application packages like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera (P6), BIM, Candy for Project Management and BRIX for contract management, and SPSS, QE Pro for Data Analysis and estimation and leading ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics. Palisade Decision Tool Suite Industrial Software like @Risk, @Evolver, @Stat Tools, @Top Rank, @Neural Tools. An advanced Digital Language Lab is available for students to get proficiency in English.

The campus University has an auditorium with 300 seating capacity.

The University classrooms are air-conditioned and well equipped with an LCD projector, and a computer system with internet.

The University has Well-equipped facilities for indoor games such as Carom boards, TT tables, Chess boards, a Gym, a Music room, Common T.V. room provided for the students. Outdoor sports facilities such as Football grounds, Volleyball courts, and Badminton courts are also provided.

The University has a Gym facility for the students.

The University's Internet browsing service for 24 / 7 hours is provided to students at all campuses. Each student is provided with the Institute’s e-mail ID for academic communications. The campus at Pune is completely Wi-Fi with a high-speed internet connection.

The University mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR under the supervision of the Manager, Premises, and Services (P & S). The manager, according to the suggestion of the Students’ Co-coordinator, prepares a menu every week

The University has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.
