Flame recently opened and is developing at a great pace. Having such a great infrastructure and facilities, the residential course adds so much value in the student managers. The placements are an issue since it has just kick started. The way the college is growing , it would be soon one of leading B - schools in Tier 2.

The standard of education one receives at FLAME is extremely high, with focus on involved learning. Each course (either a Lecture or Seminar, or both), requires students to take part in the discussion, produce research papers, engage in frequent tests and most importantly, attend class. The Professors at FLAME actively engage with students within and outside of the Classroom, some Professors stay on campus, making it easier to access them post working hours, however, phone calls and e-mails are promptly replied to by the teachers even if they do not live on campus. The assignments for the courses at FLAME are personal projects of sorts, and mostly based on analysis and the production of original content - which enables students to further their research and provides the option of publishing their work. FLAME's Liberal Education program is not restrictive in terms of courses on offer, there are a range of courses students may choose from - however, sometimes due to the need to fulfill credit and other requirements - the courses that a particular student may take can reduce in variety. Classes begin at 9:00am everyday, except Sundays, until 5:00pm - however, no student has classes throughout the day. The schedules are flexible, and provide ample time for the students to complete course work and take part in extra/co-curricular activities.
