kindly clearify your question,so that we can help you in this regard.....are you talking about Panjab University, Chandigarh or Pondicherry University, Puducherry. both are two different colleges with ver huge ranking difference !!! all the best

According to Panjab University guidelines, one Additional seat is reserved for Border Area Students i.e., students who have passed their Matriculation examination from the Border Area Schools situated within 20 kilometres from the International Border. 

To claim this benefit, you need to produce a certificate from the Tehsildar or
