One of the other colleges you can look at for admission in the same field is Chandigarh University. It offers a Bachelors in Psychology along with Honors

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. Yes you can get admission under PU campus with 990 rank in PU CET 2019. It would be better if you would have mentioned that its general rank or not. Still hope for the best and maximum chances

Pondicherry University had conducted their entrance exams last month. Hope you have taken the test. There cut off is a pass mark in 12th Standard board exam and you have more than that. If you qualify the test with good marks you might have a chance to get admission

The cut-offs for MA sociology in Punjab University through PUCET have not come yet officially. The expected date for the announcement of cutoff is from 29 th June 2019 to July 1 2019. For the year 2018 cutoffs were 20% of total marks for the unreserved category and for SC/ST/PWD/BC
