Sorry to say that but if you want to apply for Bcom Hons then you must have maths in your 12th standard. You can get admission in Bcom without maths but for Bcom Hons maths is a compulsory subject in your +2 class. Though for your best of four percentage maths is not necessarily to be counted but it is still important to have studied.
There are four sections in PU law entrance exam-
English Comprehension; General Knowledge and Current Affairs; Logical Reasoning, Legal Aptitude.
Legal aptitude is one of the most important sections in the entrance exam. It tests the students interest towards law, problem-solving ability, research skills etc.
Some important topics you must look upon for Legal aptitude are-
General theory of Law of Torts
Contracts and Criminal Law
Constitution and Polity
In Legal Aptitude section, there may be questions related to Assertion- Reasoning, Legal Vocabulary, Legal Maxims etc. In this context, you can practice and prepare CLAT Legal Aptitude Questions. These will help you to understand the types of questions.

Candidates can take admission in PU by two ways-
Merit based
Entrance based
PU offers four programs which are merit based and these program are
BCA, BA, BBA, B.Com
Candidate who has passed class 12th with 50% in aggregate is eligible to take admission.

Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology.
Admission in BA is done on the merit basis.
Candidate who has passed 10+2 in any relevant discipline with minimum 33% marks is eligible to take admission.

The Department of public administration offers the M.A ,M.phil and Ph.D courses in public administration.
The admission to Public administration is merit based. All the information relating to admission is uploaded on the Online Notice Board of the concerned department as well as on the Physical Notice Board.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of which through the counselling process admission will be given.

The eligibility criteria for an admission into a college affiliated with the PU is merit based.
The admission for this course is based on a student's performance in their 10+2 examination percentage. The applicant must also have scored a minimum aggregate of 33% in the qualifying examination to be eligible to apply.

yes M.A in public administration and public policy hons is being offeredby the panjab university chandigrah , the duration of this course is 2 years and the eligibility criteria to get admission into this is candidate must hold a bachelor degree with atleast 45 percent marks in the subject of postgraduation course or 50 percent marks, masters degree examination in another subject or another faculty ,candidate who are holding B.A degree must have secured 45 percent marks in political science or economics or sociology or psychology
