Do what you are interested in if your ultimate goal is to do architecture then its of no use doing civil engineering i suggest you to do architecture its a 5 years course where you will be taught everything about the particular field instead of wasting your 4 years in engineering which is of no use.

As per the official, The candidates who have passed 10+2 exam or obtained Graduation/Post-graduation from Open University system directly without any basic qualification, Only that candidates will not be eligible to apply for BHU LLB programme.

You will just need to qualify the jee mains examination for the sc category it is about 54.01 as the expected cutoff. you will need a percentile of 74 above for the admission for the chemical engineering course in punjab university , chandigarh.
