No, you cannot get admission to Panjab University , Chandigarh but you are not able to qualify PU entrance test for law. Admission is made strictly on the basis of the merit scored in the entrance exam.
If you get fail to qualify the entrance, you can go for colleges or universities offering LLB course under the affiliation of Panjab University, Chandigarh.
There are also some universities or colleges taking admission in the basis of merit only like Punjabi University,Patiala.

According to the last year's fees structure, The approximate fees is Rs. 95,700. This doesn't include the miscellaneous charges. The fees can be paid in 2 installments. The 1st instalment is Rs. 54,500 and 2nd installment is Rs. 41,200.Candidates who want to avail hostel facility need to pay an extra amount of Rs.10,000.
When you opt fpr weati g customary dress for NEET, you will have to be atleast an hour before the exam.and undergo specific checking process. But if you do not go.in customary dress, you will go through the regular cgecking process. That is totally fine. You can select Customary dress option as yes and still attend the exam.in a Non Customary dress.

Panjab University will release the Panjab University 2020 cut off in the third week of May 2020 for UG programmes such as B.Sc. (Hons.) and B. Pharma at cetug.puchd.ac.in. For postgraduate programmes, the cut off of Panjab University 2020 will be released in the last week of June at cetpg.puchd.ac.in

To get admission in Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, you need to present your overall percentage you acquired in your 10th examination and not only 5 best subjects!
For general category, in order to get admitted into commerce stream in the first list itself, your minimum percentage should be 90! However, it is possible to get into Commerce stream for your ranking in the second list!
If you belong to category other than general category, then you can easily get into Commerce stream in the first list itself!
Punjab university conducts its own entrance examination for admission in law courses. That is for BA LLB or BCOM LLB. One will have to apply for application of the college and will have to appear for the entrance examination conducted by Punjab university for admission.

College Infrastructure
University campus is huge and has a lot of space for people to roam and play along with the facilities like library and labs. The classroom are also updated and digitally equipped with WIFI facility.
