Both of the colleges you provided are amazing and have great placements. The faculties too are equally good. But to chooseone then go for Bengal institute of technology. Not only the fees of the course is lesser than that of uem but also it's better in terms of placementsand faculty. The Placements and job opportunities in Bengal institute of technology are as good as it's study system. The TPO (Training and placement Officer) give a lot of opportunities to walk in for off and on campus. MNC, PVT Ltd. (Like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and many more) comes to the main campus for hiring and many even gets hired as well.
Well i am providing you with a link below which will help you to compare both the colleges based on different parameters like ranking, placements, faculty and more -

The University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata is a private university located in Action Area - III of New Town, Kolkata. It provides engineering, technological & management education.
As it is the first batch of this University people are hoping for the best. they have a strong placement cell in University who gave their more than 100% to prepare to sit and crack the campus placement. A lot of Placement Training sessions are going on in University like Aptitude Development, Programming Language Classes, Soft Skills, Group Discussions and Verbal sessions by professional professors. Moreover, in a part of the IEM group, as per IEM placement records for the last 10 years there were 100% placements. So we hope for the best.
Hope this is helpful.
You might think that all of the faculties of IEM teach at UEM. But no, that’s not correct because, if all of the faculty members of IEM teach at UEM, then who will teach at IEM? But yes, we have many faculty members from IEM who teach regularly at UEM. And we have a few faculty members of UEM who are even better than some of the faculties of IEM. And the faculty members are very much friendly and supportive. You can ask your doubts twice, thrice, many times, they will not get bothered. But, the Physics department is a little weak compared to the other departments of the university. We need some more good teachers in the Physics department. But, the good news is that we are often provided with faculty feedback forms where we can anonymously give feedback on the teaching of the faculty members :)
To be honest, the campus of UEM Kolkata is not very big. But, one thing I know is that companies will not give you jobs depending on how big your campus is. So, it should not be a big problem. Now, if you want to know about the infrastructure, let’s talk about the labs at first. All labs are equipped with enough equipment. And most of them are almost new (Since we are the 2nd batch of the university). Also, there are projectors and CCTV cameras in almost every classroom of the university. So, infrastructure-wise it is also good.
Since it is a new university functioning only for 2 years, the students of this university are yet to sit for placement drive. But, if you study well, you have enough opportunities in placement because, the placement of UEM Kolkata will be conducted jointly with IEM. So, you can also get a job like a student of IEM if you study well in UEM Kolkata. Since, there is a chance that IEM students will grab more jobs in joint placement so, there will be a separate placement only for the students of UEM Kolkata after the joint placement with IEM. That means students of UEM Kolkata will get a chance to sit for placement 2 times: one placement with IEM and another is only for UEM. So, if you study well, you don’t need to worry about the placements.

I just went through their site and believe me, they have 100% placement guarantee and their packages are decent and fees is also decent so, it is a good option but, I suggest you first try for the ones who are really famous for this course like Christ University, NMIMS, IIM Indore, Symbiosis, Nirma or even Loyola College.
If you don't secure an admission in these, you can opt for UEM.
UEM kolkata is a good college and the average package was 6lacs and last year. the reviews of faculty members are also good. you can opt for this college for you MBA.
