For changing of college in the second year where it is little or not is possible if the other college is under the same University. But the change of college in 3rd year is not possible even the changing collages under the same University. If your father's service is under transferable job conditions and your father works for a defence organisation, with special permission you may  take admission in another college in the second year only.

The eligibility criteria for MSc Zoology in Delhi University is passed BSc Zoology/Biological Science Hons for a duration of three years from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate, those who have completed BSc General/Pass /Life Science securing 55% aggregate are eligible to apply, also those who have BSc General/Pass needs to have studied chemistry and zoology at ug level, admission is done in two ways that is based on the merit of the qualifying exam for DU students or entrance test conducted for those non-DU students,

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you in Spanish Diploma in rajasthan University, you'll have some other subjects, as optional subjects, as well along with Spanish. So, you need to study them.

Rajasthan University offers 32 undergraduate programmes. Some of the UG courses are B.A. (Hons) Political Science, L.L.B , B.Sc. Home Science, B.P.A. Self Finance Tabla etc. Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria of passing the 12th standard from a recognized board to take admission in the UNIRAJ UG course.

This is a public univ. and is a senior institute in Rajasthan set in the town of Jaipur.

It was founded in 1947 as the Univ. of Rajputana and was bestowed the recent title in 1956. It does not provide any degree in Community Health subject. It furnishes many degrees like B.Comm, B.Sc, MBA, BBA, Ph.D., M.A, M.Phil, etc.
