Apex College of Nursing, Varanasi, established in the year 1956, is a premier institute of nursing and paramedical studies in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Apex College is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow and approved by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
Apex Nursing College Varanasi offers 2 Auxiliary nurses and Midwife (ANM), 3 years of General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course, and 4 years of B.Sc. Nursing course, 2 years Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course and 2-year M.Sc Nursing course. Admission to Apex College of Nursing is entrance and merit-based.
For ANM and GNM, candidates should clear an entrance test conducted by the admission authority. For admission to B.Sc and M.Sc courses, candidates are required to qualify for the Common Nursing Entrance Test (CNET) and apply for counselling afterwards.
