72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
- The admission, eligibility, and the conduct of the Ph.D. Program strictly adhere to the UGC Regulations.
- Candidates possessing M.Sc/MA/M.Com/M.Phil/M.Tech/Masters from Recognised Universities with over 55% overall marks or corresponding grades, are eligible.
- Students with CSIR Scholarship/UGC NET-JRF are welcome to apply.
- Candidates are expected to have a deep understanding of their proposed area and a high level of commitment to pursue research.
