I am studying psychology to be a neuro psychologist. The teaching is good, I hope we get more books and notes are sent prior to classes. Curriculum is updated every semester as it should be. The teachers are good.

As per your question, yes you can take admission in the college where you want but there are some procedures which you should go with is that firstly you should require transfer certificate from which you are going to another college. Secondly you should carry your academics results which will be proof of your first year that you had passed all the exam . So that's it from this simple steps you can transfer your college.
But honestly not all colleges give transfer certificate to students easily during the academics. Don't this happens in some of the colleges. And if you had a valid reason then for sure they will give you.
