MMMUT university infrastructure is old but developing. Electrical has good labs for machines, power system and control. Campus has 5 lecture complexes, big library and WiFi. Hostels are average, not luxurious.

Academics in Electrical at MMMUT is strict and NEP based. Faculty are experienced and PhD qualified, but some guest faculty are average. Curriculum focuses on power systems and machines. Exams are tough, regular study needed.

Placement in Electrical is average. Overall avg 7 LPA, highest up to 17.5 LPA in EE core and 48 LPA off-campus. 50-60% get placed. Core companies limited, many go to IT, GATE or govt jobs. CS/IT has better packages.

Campus is quite big and green, spread over 300+ acres. Life is peaceful but there are many restrictions in first year. Hostel timings are strict . Many active clubs and sports facilities. Not a very happening campus but you get good friends and environment.

Overall MMMUT is a decent government college. If you want low fees with okay placement and good environment for GATE or govt exams, it's a good option. Don't expect luxury or very high packages like NITs. You have to work hard yourself. Good for middle class students from UP who want value for money and a peaceful campus. My first year and first experience is best in Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University. Fresher party is very enjoyable , dancing , eating and good vibes with seniors . Teachers are very supportive and helpful. Campus is small but clean and peaceful. Library is good for study. I made many friends and learned many new things. In Library many types of book are available and students free time read books . Overall my first year was memorable and I really enjoyed college life there.

The college currently operates from a temporary BSNL campus, with hostels at BSNL Quarters and Khelgaon, 6 km apart. Classes feel more like school than college. Labs need improvement, washing machines are unavailable, the Khelgaon lift feels unsafe, sports facilities are lacking, and Wi-Fi can be slow. Hoping the permanent campus opens soon.

I'm in the B.tech AI&DS. The quality of teaching is generally good. with a lot of professors highly qualified. the curricullum is updated recently and provides a good foundation in both computer science and AI.

Although I don't have full info on the placement statistics. the percentage is about 90% and the average is about 10 lpa. the highest package was 1 ctc. but since this is the second ever btech batch to graduate from snu chennai the statistics are expected to get better each year. overall the placement scenario seems alright.

There are no proper washrooms in AB2 and no proper lift facilities. Faculty doesn’t have allocated space. Classrooms are too small and don’t fit the class strength. The block is very congested. The only good thing is greenery.

No proper faculty for a course, for example in my course, for microeconomics in second sem around six faculties changed for that one single subject. No proper grading system and the curriculum isn’t properly structured.

For my course, there is no industrial training and no promised providence for internships. The placement training should have started in third sem but we are going to enter fourth sem and it still hasn’t started.
