The water resource engineering of civil engineering department provides a good infrastructure with fluid mechanics and hydraulics labs. Standard testing tools are present but advanced simulation software for water modeling is limited.the library offers good access. Hostels are good but food quality is average.

The autonomous syllabus covers core water resources topic like hydrology.open channel flow and irrigation design are quite well.the faculty are highly support and helps in thesis works. Students must independently put an extra efforts for practical GIS mapping skills.

On campus placement core civil and water resources roles are quite low , as most massive campus drives are dominated by IT . WRE postgraduates generally secure opportunities by applying off campus and targeting government projects.

Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University campus was looking good and department buildings was properly maintained. MA classrooms was normal but enough for study purpose. Library was crowded mostly before exams because many students come there for notes and reference books reading daily.
Academics
MA course study pattern was more focused on theory and writing work. Teachers was giving regular assignments and class discussions happen many times. Some faculty members was soft spoken and support students in research topics also. Semester exams preparation need regular reading habit.
Placements
Placement opportunities in MA was less from campus side, because most students target teaching line and competitive exams after degree. University organise some workshops and motivational programs for career guidance. Many students from my batch later join coaching centres and private schools nearby.
In a low fee structure students can get engineering degree.

For my personal experience, the college infrastructure is spread in (32 ACRES) and exceptionally good high importance is given to cleanliness and hygienic across the entire campus or the classroom are fully furnished and equipped with an excellent air conditioning AC system. when it comes to the laboratories every single lab has all the necessary equipment readily available, and most importantly all the equipment is in perfect working condition. HOSTEL LIFE & FACILITIES: The hostel facility are highly impressive and fully furnished. The Internet Wi-fi speed provided in the hostels is extremely fast students have flexible choice as both AC and non AC rooms are available to ensure safety and privacy there are separate hostel buildings for girls and boys. managed by strict and well-monitored security rules. Additionally well-equipped gyms are available within the hostels, and the quality of the mess food is consistently good. SPORTS & RECREATIONS : The university provided a top-notch sports facility for almost all major games this include outdoor sports like basketball ,football ,cricket and hockey as well as dedicated setup for indoor games such as chess, carrom board, table tennis ETC.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY REVIEW: If I talk about academics, the curriculum for my branch [B.Tech Cse with specialization in AI and ml] is very modern and industry relevant it focuses more on current technologies like Python programming data structure and artificial intelligence models from the starting semesters. FACULTY & TEACHING QUALITY : The professor and faculty member are highly educated helpful and well supportive the best part is that they do not just focus on theoretical book knowledge, but they motivate us to do practical coding in labs, if we have any doubt regarding our program projects or subjects they are always ready to help us even after class hours. EXAMS , ASSIGNMENTS & ATTENDANCE : The University is strict about attendance and maintaining 75% attendance is compulsory to seat in exam midterm exams and final semester exams are conducted on time and the difficulty level is moderate to high apart from exams we get regular lab assignments and minor projects which help us build our practical coding skills.
