The Computer Science department is one of the largest in clg and hence has been provided with the best facilities, such as well equipped classrooms with smart boards and internet connection. The rooms are large and spacious. The library here is not only big but also has a wide range of books available on every topic necessary.
Academics
Teachers are well qualified but can be hard to understand at times. They are very knowledgeable and can be really helpful. Course curriculum is relevant to industry standards, and the semester exams are mid-level. The pass percentage in our batch is pretty high, with at 85% to 90% of the class passing.
Placements
The highest package offered this year was around 21 LPA per annum and the lowest package offered 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and many other tech based companies in India and abroad. 70% of students with a CGPA of 9 or above and good coding skills get internships. Mostly students land roles in the technical side itself as they develop.

The college has got a well-rounded infrastructure for the most part. Modern classrooms, computer labs, seminar halls, and the central library meet our educational needs perfectly. The mess and canteen food are good and hygienic which contributes to the general satisfaction level of students.

The professors are very supportive and one can easily approach them. Every faculty member has their unique style of teaching, and a good number of them have been from the industry, which makes it easier for us to get real corporate cases.

The placement scenario with MBA graduates is quite decent. Nearly 70-75% of the students from our batch get recruited through on-campus drives. The maximum pay offered was close to ₹8 LPA, whereas the minimum salary for freshers was around ₹3 LPA.

Infrastructure is very good in my college. Library with many books. Wi-Fi is decent, but only in the library and hostels. There are AC and non AC rooms available, and the room you get depends on your CGPA or your roommate CGPA. Food is sometimes good, sometimes not, depending upon what mess you take.

Fat is the final exam. CAT 1 and CAT 2 are monthly, and the lab fat is the final exam for lab courses. CAT 2 is open book but the questions are hard. Again, some faculty members are very good, some are not. It really depends upon which faculty you take. There is a FFCS system using which you can decide which faculty to take and which slots in a day to take and customize your timetable.
Placements
Placement percentage is very high, above 79%. The highest package offered is 1 crore per annum, with a average of 9.9LPA. The lowest packages are 3.3 to 4 LPA. Big companies like Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Apple, etc visit the campus. Top roles offered in my course are software engineer, data analyst, data scientist, hr, etc.

College infrastructure was very beautiful. All blocks had good infrastructure. College only provides Wi-Fi. Labs were very helpful. In library there were all these types of books. Hostel rooms were good and also hygiene food. In total five canteens were there. Good medical and sports facilities.

The infrastructure situation at my college is average at best from what I have experienced so far. The campus has these really old buildings but they are being repaired. The library has decent books but limited seating space. Washrooms need better maintenance which bothers me. Overall, it functions but still needs major improvement for student comfort.

The placement cell lacks activity and does not organize proper training sessions for undergraduate programs. Most of my seniors found jobs independently which concerns me. I have made diverse friends from various departments, and the annual fests and cultural events are always highly engaging for me. Departmental labs are not facilitated ,certain equipments are not there and they are not servicing any of that machines. Rest room is the important one in every place but that's not cleaned regularly. one of the worst is hostel no proper fan , light and many of the student have complained about the hostel .

I'm an final year agricultural engineering student, classes will be taken by ourselves sometimes and notes will be always chatgpt. The curriculum in our department need much update but they didn't still make it . Placement is worst and not worth for what we study.

They are full in money minded because for name sake they have kept the coaching classes of upgrading the skills but it's nothing ,waste of money. About more than 300 students in my batch. The average package is about 6 LPA, and the highest is based on your performance, it may go up to 14 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and more. There are good placements if you have reached a certain criteria like completing the credit and internship.

Healthcare programs are well-supported with good facilities from the SGT University. The hospital on the campus provides us practical exposure and training. But there is still a need for regular cleaning and equipment upgrades in some places. Most of the time Wi-Fi is good.

They communicate with us in a manner, which is quite lively, and they are always ready to give us extra support, especially, when we ask for help in practical-oriented subjects like medical records and hospital operations.

The most significant offer has been around ₹5–6 LPA, the lowest is approximately ₹2.5 LPA, and the average package is still about ₹3.5 LPA. The major visitors are mostly are companies in hospital administration, diagnostic centers, and healthcare service providers like Max Healthcare and Park Hospitals.

The number of students who get placed is 40–50% only, out of which most of the jobs are in sales, business support, and back-office roles. Faculty are generally helpful but we need to study on our own for exams. Exams are really strict. Most of the time, you have to work on your own to get good results. The syllabus will be shared and can be covered in a night. CGPA matters, but what matters most is the skill.

Above 90%, students are placed. The highest package was INR 33 LPA, and the lowest was INR 2 LPA. Amazon gave the highest and gave the most offers. Data analysts and data scientists are the major roles offered in my course, which are really highly appreciated.

We sometimes wished for better sports amenities on the main site. The overall environment was clean and conducive to studying. My computer science professors were genuinely committed to teaching the core subjects. We received solid foundation knowledge for the engineering principles. The syllabus itself was very rigid, being under the university framework. Practical application beyond classroom theory felt limited at times. I had to seek out additional knowledge independently. My understanding of fundamentals improved significantly here.

Nearly everyone in my 2006 batch secured a job during the campus placement drive. Major information technology services companies recruited us actively. However, the salary packages were only average for that booming period. The largest or "dream" companies were not consistently visiting the campus for recruitment. It was a sufficient result for me, but it was not spectacular. I received an employment offer.

About 95% percentage of students got placed in our college. Even though one with backlog they try to provide 4 LPA and the highest placed is 28 LPA and average is about 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS. Infosys, byjus and many more hired from here. About 30% percent got internship while they are in 3rd year.

As ECE student you can get Zero placements in Vlsi or embedded but can place in a IT sector with good package based on your skills. The minimum package is 4lpa. Max 8lpa. If you have good communication skills and coding skills you can easily get a job.
