Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by M Kumarasamy College of Engineering, Karur recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

College Infrastructure

The college provides adequate infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, and a resourceful library. Wi-Fi connectivity, seminar halls, and computing facilities support academic activities effectively. Regular maintenance ensures usability, though some areas could benefit from modernization and expanded equipment.

College Infrastructure

My college has excellent infrastructure, including well-organized bus facilities. We have a dedicated bus booking website where I can reserve my seat based on my semester. Additionally, a web portal allows me to check my semester results, attendance percentage, internal marks, and other academic-related information.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure and facilities are impressive, but what personally inspired me the most is the college's initiative in organizing various fun and academic events. One such event that had a significant impact on me was our inter-college paper presentation. It provided me with an opportunity to participate within my own college, present my ideas, and overcome my stage fear, which I found to be a personally enriching experience.
