Hello,

IGNOU is recognized university and one of the largest distance learning educational institution,so it's degree is valid and can be used for higher studies in any university as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria of the particular course for which you're seeking admission, and not only this you're also eligible to apply for any government jobs, as majority have no specific aggregate ,in case of those which have, you need to meet one.
